Ingredients
| Hamburger | 1/2 Pound | |
| Deer Sausage | 1/2 Pound | |
| Onion chopped | 1 | |
| Green Pepper chopped | 1 | |
| Mushrooms quartered | 1 Pound | |
| Potatoes | 2 Cans | |
| Corn | 1 Can | |
| Peas | 1 Can | |
| Mushrooms | 2 Cans | |
| Wine(Chianti) | 1 Bottle | |
| Mushroom Gravy Mix | 2 Pkgs. | |
| Brown Gravy Mix | 2 Pkgs. |
Directions
- In a cast iron pot over a campfire or on the stove top caramelize the onion
- Brown the meat
- Add remaining ingredients
- Stir occasionally until done
- Eat
